Our Story
We believe in the simple things of life: Food, friends, and community are the pillars of our farm
We are dedicated to bringing beauty, quality food, and homestead know how to our community
We like to see ourselves as walking the line between homesteading, horticulture, and fine art. We grow an extensive list of nursery stock, raise vegetables, fruit, and a variety of protein. We are always looking for inspiration, new ideas, and also the preservation of old values.

Kay Raykiewicz
Owner & Operator
Kay is originally a Bay Area native who has found home in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. She has a long career as a "jack of all trades" including a handmade soap business, homesteading, commissioned artwork, and horticultural sales.
She believes firmly in producing the best quality food and supplies possible. She began homesteading from a small apartment in 2011 and hasn't stopped since. Her dreams and aspirations have only grown as she's gathered more know how under her belt.
Kay is also a published author, artist, and general antique nerd. When not knee deep in chicken chores she enjoys crochet, oil painting, singing, cooking, and quilting.

Troy Kiser
Sales & Operations Manager
Troy is originally from the midwest and moved to Oregon in 2014. He is also a "jack of all trades" and isn't afraid to get his hands dirty. He has had the goal of becoming a homesteader for much of his adult life.
He spent 15 years traveling across the United States as a tournament jouster, costume designer, and prop manager. He often describes himself as a "refined wild man."
He has a deep love and appreciation for animals and nature. When not working on the homestead he can often be found tree climbing, gardening, hiking, or camping.
